Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 34 degrees F, dark, and drizzling here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 47. So over winter.
I have work today as usual. It will be a busy day of grading tests. I'm hoping to get to the tanning salon on my lunch but of course won't be upset if I get a coverage instead. 
I don't have any tutoring this afternoon and I'm fine with that. 
I have some bananas to use up so I'm planning to make a loaf of banana bread for to leave in the faculty room tomorrow. They always enjoy it.
What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning. It is 60F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to reach 72F today. It is breezy out this morning.
Pretty wants to go do some shopping today. I'm not sure if we'll be able to do that or not. We shall see.

Rain here today and it's just miserable looking outside At least it's too warm for any of it to freeze.

We still have s**w on the ground which amazes me as warm as it's been. The ice is gone though. Nothing much going on here.

Another day...we had a respite from a few of son's medical stuff days, yesterday was back at it all. Today he has a test and a consult. That's later this afternoon. He will be tied up for an hour, so I will drive about a mile to run to Aldi for a few things we really need.
Banana bread sounds good. Son loves it and I should make him some soon. I often make an extra and freeze it, but we ate that some time ago, so I guess it's time for a batch of banana bread.

A good start? Well, it's not snowing, but it IS raining, threatening to be freezing rain although the temp's one degree on the plus side. Usually, the 18th of February is a nice sunny, warmish day, so my sister and I decided that it actually came a day early (because yesterday was).
