If you notice i am not around now. This is the third day that I am feeling this funkiness. No energy, and just funky.
I hope you are all doing well. What's going on in your world?
The physician for Humana came yesterday. All was good EXcept my blood pressure is very high. Maybe I am on the vurge of a heartattack. Oh, I know, always the drama queen.
My mom lasted til about 75. Grams until about 88, and great Grams until 94-96. So by my weird logic I should have gone about 10 years ago. Holy cats Garfield! I'm glad nobody is depending on me to do the math.

@celticeagle It’s all in the genes you were given. I recently cut down on the amount of salt I have been eating.

Have you gone to see your doctor?
Try to relax and take your meds. And don't stress yourself out.

My doctor comes to see me and I saw him last January 22nd. He said he'd be back in about a month. So any time now. I will have a lot to talk to him about.

I hope you feel better soon.
I haven't felt good since last night and still haven't eaten anything. (it's 3:20 pm now.) The two construction guys are coming any time now to replace two storm windows that wouldn't close when they installed the new windows last summer... I hope the new windows work correctly.
I've been cleaning house just in case they need to come inside to replace the two windows. (Pretty yelled at me because I was cleaning when I'm sick and throwing up. I don't want anyone to see our house when it's a mess.)

@celticeagle Thanks. Yeah, the upset stomach only lasts a day or so and then disappears again if I stay in bed and rest.
Yes, the guy came yesterday and replaced the two windows. They work perfectly now.

I hope you'll feel much better soon and I will put in a prayer for you. My mom was still doing some improvisational dancing at 80 but she passed at 84. However, my situation I cannot imagine sitting here until that age,

I'm sorry your bp is high. Are you on meds for it? I have been feeling funky too. I need to snap out of it. My mother had a heart attack at 64. I thought I would die early; but I'm still here. You hang in there.
