If you notice i am not around now. This is the third day that I am feeling this funkiness. No energy, and just funky.
I hope you are all doing well. What's going on in your world?
The physician for Humana came yesterday. All was good EXcept my blood pressure is very high. Maybe I am on the vurge of a heartattack. Oh, I know, always the drama queen.
My mom lasted til about 75. Grams until about 88, and great Grams until 94-96. So by my weird logic I should have gone about 10 years ago. Holy cats Garfield! I'm glad nobody is depending on me to do the math.

Try to relax and take your meds. And don't stress yourself out.

I hope you feel better soon.
I haven't felt good since last night and still haven't eaten anything. (it's 3:20 pm now.) The two construction guys are coming any time now to replace two storm windows that wouldn't close when they installed the new windows last summer... I hope the new windows work correctly.
I've been cleaning house just in case they need to come inside to replace the two windows. (Pretty yelled at me because I was cleaning when I'm sick and throwing up. I don't want anyone to see our house when it's a mess.)

I hope you'll feel much better soon and I will put in a prayer for you. My mom was still doing some improvisational dancing at 80 but she passed at 84. However, my situation I cannot imagine sitting here until that age,

Drink more water. Get some exercise, even if its stepping in place. And know you do matter. A bunch.
