Well this sucks

The nurses just went over my information for the shift change. Yesterday my platelets were 40. (Supposed to be 150-400) This morning they are 32. 
She said that the doctor most likely will want to do a platelet transfusion since I am scheduled for a medical procedure.
That likely would push the endoscopy off until tomorrow. I kind of hope so so maybe I can eat something later. I'm freaking starving. I'm also freaking out though. 
I wish someone was here with me.

I know or think I know that you are not religious. Consider asking to have the hospital chaplain in anyway. Please seriously ask. I was surprised when I was in hospital how the cheery chaplain's visit helped my spirits. I lean toward Wiccanism but his/her benign care helped me.

Is that not dengue due to mosquito bites? If platelets drop here, they suspect it because of dengue
