The very first satellite circled the Earth in Oct. 4,1957. Now there are over 9.000 satellites that are going around the Earth. How come with that many they have not crashed into each other and caused most of them to crash to Earth. 81% of people like puzzles. That is a lot of people that like puzzles. Even cats like seeing a puzzle they will jump and slide on a puzzle causing the pieces to fly all over the place. Smile it makes you feel happy all over.

They do say that satellites will eventually start crashing into each other.

@JudyEv Some pieces of the oldest satellites are already falling. I have just read that SpaceX's satellites are falling from the sky every single day.

@jstory07 Hopefully it won't be in our lifetime.

I would guess that many of the satellites burn up as they fall from space and enter our atmosphere. Others move to higher orbits away from our spacecraft. Also, the majority of the Earth's surface is water, so if any do get through, it would land there most of the time. But interesting question!

I would think if a bunch of them fall at once we would be in trouble.

@jstory07 That could be true. Thankfully, they seem to remain up there for quite a time.

Time by time we get pieces of old satellites felling on our heads. In my opinion it's only the beginning.

They probably have some kind of sensor on them to keep them from bumping into another one. I used to like puzzles but I can’t focus long enough to do them.

Actually they have there is a documentary how they ruining space and have no clue how to rectify it. The smartest people like space is hard we just can't send it to the sun. Its actually kind of scary because they so frustrated they cannot figure out a clean way they looking at human way, screw it just blow some people up.
