What's for dinner? March 14

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I had turkey meatloaf topped with a tomato glaze. I'm not a huge fan of ground turkey in meatloaf but I'm trying to use stuff from the freezer. To go with it I had mashed sweet potatoes and steamed asparagus with lots of chopped garlic. Yum! That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I haven’t felt like cooking so I found a ham and cheese hot pocket in the freezer. I managed to eat about half of it. I call that a victory.

Pretty asked me to make a boxed dinner using some of the smoked turkey from the freezer, so I did. I don't know if we'll eat again tonight.

I didn't think I would like turkey meatloaf, but I have learned to like it. I use a mild chili sauce for the glaze with some tomato sauce in it, too. I love sweet potatoes and asparagus, so good!
