Oh, lord, yes. My pain management doctor. Yesterday I couldn’t get a hold of him because he was in Slovakia.

No I haven't experienced any difficulty reaching my health care providers

I hope you can find a way to get your knee surgery. I am very thankful that our doctor is always available and reachable, and he always say in advanced when he will be out of the country, and before that, he makes sure that all of his patients who needs urgent medication was being taken care of. I pray that you will get your knee surgery soon.

Some places think we have nothing to do all day but hang on the end of a phone line. I hope you got through eventually.

Oh dear Trying to get hold of our health centre here is a nightmare I phoned for Yvonne at 8.03AM It opens at 8AM " You are number 27, in the queue"

It's so frustrating when this sort of thing happens. Hopefully you're able to get through.

Oh yes all the time. I give up and go in person to take care of the issue.

It doesn’t happen often, but what a pain when it does.

So frustrating to be on hold for a long time. If I call the medical people for anything, most of the time I do now get moved to a message system that says to leave the information, etc. and the nurse or whoever, will call me back and they actually do call, even though sometimes it takes a few hours. It's better than having to just be on hold for half the day. Of course, if that option isn't offered, I am waiting...and waiting. I hope you can reach them for the answers you need.
