Oh, lord, yes. My pain management doctor. Yesterday I couldn’t get a hold of him because he was in Slovakia.

Oh dear Trying to get hold of our health centre here is a nightmare I phoned for Yvonne at 8.03AM It opens at 8AM " You are number 27, in the queue"

It's so frustrating when this sort of thing happens. Hopefully you're able to get through.

I can't remember ever having a problem.

Is there an option for them to call you back? I remember I was calling someone and I waited on hold for a little bit and then an option came on for them to call me back so I opted for that.

So frustrating to be on hold for a long time. If I call the medical people for anything, most of the time I do now get moved to a message system that says to leave the information, etc. and the nurse or whoever, will call me back and they actually do call, even though sometimes it takes a few hours. It's better than having to just be on hold for half the day. Of course, if that option isn't offered, I am waiting...and waiting. I hope you can reach them for the answers you need.

I hope you can find a way to get your knee surgery. I am very thankful that our doctor is always available and reachable, and he always say in advanced when he will be out of the country, and before that, he makes sure that all of his patients who needs urgent medication was being taken care of. I pray that you will get your knee surgery soon.

Thankfully, no. We can contact medical providers without delay and schedule an appointment depending on the urgency.

My cardiologist is not keeping well so I have to search for someone other cardiologist. Wish your knee surgery is done soon.

Thats so sad to hear. Dont they have direct line to call so that patients wont be waiting?

Yes. That was after my surgery and I was already return home for recovery but something happen that we reach out again to my surgeon but was unavailable due to he was in the OR at the time my parents called him.

Oh yes all the time. I give up and go in person to take care of the issue.

Yes, especially when they won't return calls. Do you have anyone to help you when you do get the knee surgery done? Besides Kitty that is.
