Happy April 1. I don't do any April Fool's pranks...do you? Last night the sirens went off, there was a tornado warning; the sky turned green and rotation was seen in the clouds. Fortunately a tornado did not form in my area. Usually we just have flash flood warnings; but it rained so much there was a river flood warning. Never saw one of those! Breakfast - PB&J sandwich Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast, noodles, beets (YUCK), green beans, peaches Dessert/Snack - Brownie Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie stix, yogurt What did you eat yesterday? I do a music group prompt every Wednesday on Facebook. Today I started it off with “what’s your favorite song by Yoko Ono, Mrs. Miller, or William Shatner?”

The usual for lunch, some tomato soup and cheese sandwiches for dinner. Yogurt! Applesauce!!

I played pranks on my mom when I was young but after I became an adult, I discovered I didn't like pranks played on me so stopped playing them on other people. I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast yesterday, no lunch and ate some Bagel Bites for supper.

At least you had green beans to offset those yucky beets. I'm glad the tornado didn't touch down in your area. I hope the river didn't or doesn't flood too badly. I had a pot roast sandwich and onion rings at Culvers. It was very good. It also has the least amount of calories of anything else on the menu board. Of course, that was overshadowed by the chocolate oreo custard ice cream my neighbor and I had for dessert. But it tasted good.

Tuesday was Mexican food. Chicken and cheesy rice. No chips or salsa. Later I had some bacon and some protein bars.

I hate when the sirens go off. So ominous! Yesterday, I had Salisbury steak and macaroni cheese, pineapple yogurt, strawberry yogurt, and a pear.

What a stroke of luck that your area had sirens yet no actual tornado. Yesterday we had homemade burgers and beans for supper.

I am glad the tornado did not form in your area, those are so scary. We had tuna sandwiches for lunch and white fish fillets for dinner.

We have had thunder and lightning and wind now for many hours. Lights flickered quite a bit, off and on. No tornadoes this time, we did have severe thunderstorm warnings several times. Very windy. When the sky turns green you know the weather is scary! /Glad you did not have tornadoes, Linda.
