Sounds like cousin #2 is enjoying herself. I had a Stoufer's meatloaf dinner last night. We have been doing fruit, cottage cheese, avocado, etc. one day and a two-item dinner combination the next. I like the finger foods when I am trying to write.

@celticeagle Yes. I've made many changes and eliminated many of the foods I'm not supposed to have.

The usual for lunch, and chicken and a potato for dinner. More of that chunky applesauce!!!

@LindaOHio — I guess I should go while gas prices are less than the car payment for a fill-up. I look like a genius for buying a hybrid now, don’t I.

@FourWalls Absolutely a genius. Oil prices have dropped to under $100 due to the cease-fire agreement. I wonder whether the prices will drop at the pumps?

Yup. She got the chicken and shrimp really inexpensively. Everything in the area is cheaper than in Ohio.

@LindaOHio I didn’t know dogs are allowed to eat shrimp.

@lovebuglena I looked it up. It's safe as long as it's cooked properly. It's high in fat; so they don't suggest having it too often.

Too bad about the sweet potatoes. Leftovers are always good. No prep and little cleanup.

We had our usual Sunday brunch, I had crepes with fresh strawberries.
We were going to have t-bone steaks for supper, but I didn't have any mushrooms, so I pulled out a ham from the freezer and we had that a vegtable and hashbrown potato casserole. It was yummy.
