So I tried Kefir for the first time yesterday

It really tastes a lot like sour milk to me. However, it is supposed to be very healthy. Good for your gut bacteria, biome and all that stuff. I didn't notice any huge difference though. Maybe it takes time to notice a difference I don't know..but the stuff isn't cheap. I think I would rather have Kombucha. Have you ever tried Kefir?

I didn't hate it, as it was flavored, but I don't see it as ever being a preferred beverage.

@Ineeddentures This was a strawberry flavored beverage..but not strong enough to mask the overall sour taste.

I don't find either of them delightful, but I think Kombucha is cheaper.

@snowy22315 I wouldn’t like it if they gave it to me free for the rest of my life.

No, I have not tried it, and based on your description, it is not something that I am apt to try. I like milk alot, and drinking sour milk tasting something wouldn't bode well with me.

I like Kefir, I use it to make a mango lassi, it's delicious. I do not like at all Kombucha.

@snowy22315 - I like it, it's similar to a thin yogurt.

I didn't get a stomach ache, but neither did I notice it doing wonderful things for my body.

Don't think I've ever had it. I'll stick with yogurt.

Nope I've never tried it. Doesn't sound like something I'd like even if it's supposed to be good for you

I doubt whether some of these things are worth using. The trouble is there is no way to measure if they're helping or not.

Doesn't sound like something I would like. The flavored sparkling water that I had was bad enough.
