Food Lion had Klondike or Magnum bars for free, with your loyalty card and a digital coupon! Who could resist that? That is like a 5.00 value of deliciousness. Anyway, the calories on them are not awful. I got the Klondike so I can cut them in half. Half per day should not be the ruination of me. Does your store do freebies?

Huh, I never noticed any free deals at Food Lion, except for BOGOs. I do have a card.

You have to go through the digital coupons. They are usually about midway through the pages,

@snowy22315 oh, okay. One of my friends has all these apps for different places and gets lots of free stuff, but I'm not interested in letting apps sniff around my phone, lol

If I am on a diet or not, I could suck those Magnum bars down like there’s no tomorrow! Can’t blame you for either! Enjoy.

This store has monthly freebies I think, although it could be more often. I will have to remember to check next week, but I am pretty sure it is monthly.

@LadyDuck The other day I got some full sized cat tasting spoon..creamy treats for free. I got them from an app which I ordered so long ago I forgot about them. They were quite generous.

@snowy22315 - I agree, there are things I would not buy, but as I get them free they are fine to have.

Nothing free here. We buy store brand ice cream bars. Each bar has about 150 calories. Giving me a carton of ice cream would not be a good idea! Bars are at least a controlled amount.

That's true .I know better than to buy a carton of ice cream .especially if it is a beloved flavor

Sometimes you get food samples in supermarkets but they don't usually do freebies. Occasionally with your receipt you get a voucher , it's usually for money off .....very very occasionally it's for something free. I use a lot of apps and I do get lots of freebies from those. Can't beat a freebie You are right though, a little treat is not going to do a lot of damage. Enjoy x
