Hope that you are all having a nice Sunday. Yesterday was my first decent day from beginning to end since my heart attack. I even had a good nights sleep with minimal pain. I pray that today is the same. My cardio rehabilitation began last Thursday and will be 3 days a week. It is a bit over a hour to it, but is very necessary. Just wanted to update everyone. How are you all doing ?

I know you said your appointments were an hour away, but I didn’t realize you had to go three days a week. I hope you continue to get sleep without pain, or minimal pain, like you said. You’ve still got people praying for you!

The rehab is three times a week and then the occasional cardiologist appointments. We will be going more days of the week than I want, but have to.. Going today.

I am happy that you had a good day, and I wish for more of those to come. Rehabilitation is hard work, things we used to take for granted, but need to relearn or do in a better way.

I am glad to hear you seem to be on the mend. Sorry that the rehab is an hour away, that’s not the best situation, but it will be worth it, I’m sure. Take good care of yourself, Marie.

What type of rehab do you have? My husband had bypass surgery back in 2004 and never had rehab. Must be something new. I hope your pain continues to decease. I am doing OK.
