Hope that you are all having a nice Sunday. Yesterday was my first decent day from beginning to end since my heart attack. I even had a good nights sleep with minimal pain. I pray that today is the same. My cardio rehabilitation began last Thursday and will be 3 days a week. It is a bit over a hour to it, but is very necessary. Just wanted to update everyone. How are you all doing ?

I am released on the 21st from physical restrictions and first rehab session went well. I am looking forward to getting back to my norm.

I pray you will get the most of this rehab and be back to normal in no time. It's good to know you're home and getting better.

What type of rehab do you have? My husband had bypass surgery back in 2004 and never had rehab. Must be something new. I hope your pain continues to decease. I am doing OK.

I am happy that you had a good day, and I wish for more of those to come. Rehabilitation is hard work, things we used to take for granted, but need to relearn or do in a better way.

I am so glad to know that you had a good day and a good sleep. Rehabilitation is annoying, but necessary, you will be fine Marie. Take care.
