I managed to drag my husband to the garden shop and got myself some kiddie tools for my little planting hobby. I got a colourful tiny watering can, and mini rake and shovels. This truly made my day.

@flapiz You're very welcome. If you haven't already filled part of your kitchen with flowerpots, then you aren't using all your available space yet.

Oh, that’s exciting! Once you get started and have some results we’ll look forward to seeing pictures! I would love to do something similar, but not only do I not have outdoor space in my apartment, but I have never grown anything. I kept an aloe plant alive for four years, but I firmly believe that was God throwing me a bone.

"managed to drag ..." Well, this is also a "many a times" hobby of my wife ! And at times, there are emotional pressures. Criticism And sometimes "You are good for nothing ....." kind of nags Anyways, the outcome is great for you & hopefully your hubby is happy as well !

Those are very cute. My mother had a lot of pot plants and one Christmas I bought her a set of mini tools that were designed for gardening in pots.
