The photo should show Rufus. We were on a walk. He was standing on a wooden bridge. I just grabbed the photo at random.
It's past bed time for me. It's been a long day. Both hubby and I made it to the pool and exercised. I finished writing a 6 page short story. It takes mental concentration to truly give birth to new characters and a new drama.
I'm also tired because of an incident that happened on Saturday. Moxe had a mix up with a dog that was being walked near our front fence. The dog's owner did not control her dog well. It started snarling. Moxe snarled and lunged back and boom, that quick, caught a front toenail in the fence. And screamed and bled. The owner? The owner laughed. She laughed. First time I had seen the woman and for her sake it had better be the last.
Moxe suffers. I called the Vet clinic this morning and surprise!! got an appointment going on Wednesday morning.
So I'm extra tired and have lots boiling in my brain cells. I hope you all are doing well.

What a mean woman, I hope she tears her nail like poor sweet Moxe .... but I doubt you would laugh, you're not that mean.
If you have a trail camera you might be able to get a video of that witch and be able to show it to the community so they know what kind of person is walking her dog around your neighborhood.

@rebelann It's the first time I've seen her. I haven't seen an Elkhound in years. Yesterday two people walked four dogs but they were polite and had good control of their little pups. This lady was different than the others that go by here. The joy of in town life!

What a creep she is. It seems like she should be partially responsible at least for the vet bill. However, with that kind of creep, you probably are better off not dealing with her.

@snowy22315 I agree that I should not have to entirely pay for the Vet bill- I bet it will go up as high as 500 dollars. Plus Moxe's suffering.

This makes me mad that the lady laughed when Moxe was in pain. Poor baby. I can’t help but wish a large bird with diarrhea flies over her and lets loose! She’s mean..

@LooeyVille I wish you had a pool, too. My health insurance has the gym membership as one of their benefits. My body is too messed up to use the exercise machines so I use their pool.
