Muscle paralysis this is what I experienced early this morning..not literally but I simply couldn't will myself to move. Let me explain: I have spoken on here before about magnesium spray I actually learned about this from a mylotter and it works almost too well for relaxation. I sprayed it on the soles of my feet this morning so I could go back to sleep after cat duty. In a few minutes I wanted to sit up to do something as I was not quite asleep..and I found I just could not will myself to move. I was kind of in a relaxed stupor. Anyway, I eventually fell back asleep Did you ever take something that worked too well?

I would not say that it worked too well, it sounds a bit scary.

That sounds frightening to me. I wouldn’t like not being able to move when I wanted to.

Just now
I have had that with prescription muscle relaxers. I have not tried magnesium spray though. Maybe I should.

I find it helpful and you don't need a prescription. It helps me relax easier.

I hope you're feeling okay now and not too relaxed that you can't function.

I feel fine, however, I am mellow...which I generally regard as a good thing.

I think physical, occupational and speech therapy should help.

Well, I am sure if there was a fire or something I could have..but for routine purposes it seemed like too much trouble.

I have had to back off from using magnesium spray. One spray relaxes me enough that I easily can be groggy the next morning. And I don't use it more than once every couple of weeks.

It hasn't had that effect on me, but it is potent though.

Then I'm definitely going to get some magnesium spray for my hubby.

Yep, good for aches and pains, or lack of sleep. I don't have pain, but do have issues with sleep at times.
