My cats are 8 years old today.

Buttercup and Blackie are eight years old today. They are brothers and they are the best cats in the world. Who could ask for any better cats.
Both of them follow me all over the house and they help me fold the clothes. If the clothes were folded wrong they unfold them. What good helpers they are.
They both can jump real high and take off really fast. They are the first cats that I have had that jump real high and run off.
They are inside cats but they do go outside with my husband and I and come back in with us.
I could not have asked for a better pair of cats.

I’ve never been a real big cat person.
I like them because I’m an animal person but they’ve never really been my thing. More of a dog person

I like having cats you do not have to take care of them they take care of themselves.

That's a really good age for a cat. Most of mine at age 8 were mellowed out and napped more than anything. My first kitty was like your boys, she'd follow me everywhere
Tuffy keeps a close eye on me but when he wants a serious nap he hides and I haven't figured out where yet.
Buttercup and Blackie sound so playful and loved - especially with their “helping” around the house!

They do sound like good cats. I wanted to adopt a pair of kittens but they were gone when I went back. Nico is almost 8 as well. Nico does not help mommy unfortunately. He can be a sweet kitty when he wants to be though

Aww, happy birthday to Buttercup and Blackie! They sound like such sweet and lovable cats. Two of my cats also had birthdays this April. They turned 8 and 7 and in May, my oldest one will be turning 9. Time really flies with our furry companions, but they make life so much happier.
