But first I want to show how much Roscoe has matured ..... not his behavior, he still acts like a puppy sometimes Now for the funny. I just hope you'll laugh with me. Today I've resolved a few problems then I started looking into changing a membership I have from a monthly charge to a yearly charge so I can save a few pennies, why else, right? Anyway, I was purging old outdated emails when I came across one from Amazon about my prime account and this time I actually read the stupid thing and felt I needed to check into the new changes they're making. So I called ..... umm, this is where it gets funny the familiar number for Spectrum and proceeded to ask to speak to customer service and explained to the nice guy that answered what I was interested in doing. We had a fun conversation for about 50 minutes when it finally dawned on me that I was speaking to the wrong company, this nice guy spoke perfect English which never happens when I call Amazon. So I mention that to this nice buy and we both had a really good laugh but now I'm wondering, is this the first sign of dementia?? ..... I laugh cuz I refuse to cry Has anyone else ever done anything like that? I hope I haven't posted this video before but I thought it might make you giggle and naturally it's got nuttin to do with this discussion

I love seeing these 'then and now' photos. He's grown from a cute pup to a handsome dog. Goodness me, that was a mix-up on the phone! It's good you could both laugh about it.

Thank you. He wasn't nearly as shaggy as he is now and his fur is not the soft fluffy type one sees on Golden Retrievers which makes it really hard to try to brush.

You're right. I was still laughing while watching TV before bedtime. I did have a lovely conversation with Spectrum though, that was fun for me. Thank you, he is such a sweetie.

Oh, bless you. While I didn’t do that, I called and left a message about paying my rent, but instead of calling my apartment’s office, I left the message on my doctor’s answering service! Tuffy and Roscoe are my favorite animal duo.

Thank you. I'm trying to figure out a way to brush him but his fur is very coarse and hard to brush plus it seems to hurt him when I've tried so I'm careful to only do the minimum.

I've never tried to massage him but maybe I can teach myself how to do that. The oil thing sounds good but I'd have to make sure that oil is safe for cats, Tuffy licks him sometimes and I wouldn't want him to get sick.

@rebelann Does he like to have a massage? You could try to massage some light oil onto him and that would be easily pulled through into his hair which might make it a bit easier to brush.

Yes, it's amazing how many numbers are just one digit off from numbers we call all the time. If I don't get someone saying the name of the company I'm trying to call, I hang up and try again.
