Whoa! Two new things for me and my anxiety to make it through. First, I had new transportation today for my annual eye appointment. It was in a small transportation vehicle. I was in my wheelchair which is very uncomfortable for the ride because I have nothing to hold onto on my left side for bumps. All times were just as they said and that portion worked out well. Second, the eye exam was fun. Yes, I've been taking my lutein like a good girl. Eye exam, then pictures of them and then I spoke to the doc and yes, I want the cataract surgery. I hope it is as nice an experience as the first one was. I need to exercise my legs more cause they really gave me trouble. So that's what I will be doing for the next couple of weeks until the coordinator calls to set up the appointment. Then I have pre-op appt., and the surgery. Am home and drinking water. It was 80 out.

I'm glad you didn't have too much trouble making it to and from the appointment. And glad you're going to set up the appointment to have the surgery. I'm not sure I could do that.

My last cataract surgery was so pleasant I am ready to get the other done.

@DaddyEvil ........I hope your surgeries are as pleasant as my first one was. It just felt like he was continually rinsing my eye. Very suthing.
