I think the freezing weather is over for at least the next week.
I have another person coming today to give me an estimate on pruning and removing trees from my property.
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roll, pears
Dessert/Snack - Low salt nuts
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, no salt chips, blueberries

I had to wait 65 minutes; and then he saw me for 5 minutes. I have to have some labs done now.

Snyders has a no salt chip and so does Utz. There's no sodium in them.

I hope the freezing weather is gone for good for a few months Linda
Yesterday food , can't really remember but I was busy and never had set meals
Snacks mainly, a.pie, crisps, cereal, a cake

That's good, about the weather. We have your cold weather here lol. Going to be only 40s-50s over the next week...maybe mid next week then it will start warming up.
