Food stuff I never heard of and unique items

Ree Drummond was just on TV making fried olives. I sure never heard of those, I would like to try them. I do like fried pickles. I thought of an idea too, if using green olives you could replace the pimento with a bit of mozzarella cheese. Also, another thing I never heard of is radish salsa. I am not a big radish fan, but it could be good. Radishes in the air fryer are good. The other day I had Japanese Shirtaki noodles for spaghetti..zero carbs.and calories..not a bad substitute. I would eat them again. Any unusual food stuffs for you?

Stuffed fried olives are delicious, I make them time by time, a pain to make but really good. We stuff them with meat in Italy, "olive all'Ascolana" it's the name of the recipe. You need green large olives.

Probably a lot of things I eat are strange, but I do not want to go to a lot of trouble to do them. I like fried pickles and would probably like fried olives. Bob likes radishes, me not so much, but I have never had them cooked. I like them finely shredded in a salad.

There are recipies online. You can make them in an air fryer and they taste just like potatoes.

Bruschetta instead of butter or oil on bread is tasty. I've had it made of artichokes as well as olives.

Well nothing you listed would I even try. I can't imagine what fried pickles are like. Olives, nah, pimento, no, and I never really got very fond of radishes I don't know if we do have any unusual food stuffs. I don't think so

There's a lot here but some I could eat it without a problem. There certain dish here called "Buro" which means fermented that made from rice, fish or shrimp. It's soft, slightly oily and porridge like but just by looking at it, I can't bring myself to eat it even though some say it's delicious.
