Good morning from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. The current temperature is 60 F at 7:30 AM. The high for today is 79 F with thunderstorms. I know you haven't seen me much this year. That should change now. My goal for this year was to publish four books - Love's Illusion - Published February 18, Guns of War - Published April 4, Faith to Believe - Published April 16, In the Hands of Mighty Men - Published today May 18. I published In the Hands of Mighty Men at 4 AM. It's already available as an eBook. I expect the paperback will be available later today. I'm no longer in a heavy writing or editing season. However, that doesn't mean I won't be writing. The Lord gave me two new books this past week. The first is historical around the assassination of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia. What I have already put together for the bones of this book is blowing my mind apart. It's going to be good, not that any of my books aren't. The second one He gave me is another book in the New Horizons series. I'm also working on three other books - A Heart Divided which became the first in a two book series. The second book is called Forged in Fire. Wilderness Call - the third book in the Wilderness four-book series. And More Than a Conqueror - a novel I'm still transcribing from handwritten into the computer. That's what I've been doing this year so far. Through it all, I've been dealing with a very bad back. When the weather gives me nothing but rain, my back feels the pressure and I spend most of my time on the heating pad. With my back in the state it is, I haven't been to church in a month now. I can't sit on those chairs. I tried once and came home to the heating pad. I had my wellness visit in March. I haven't been walking at all. I'm out of breath quickly. My doctor scheduled me for an EKG and stress test - normal. I had a lung function test last week - also normal. My chiropractor told me to make an appointment with my primary because she can't do much for my back right now. I have that appointment next week. I would really love to enjoy my social life again. My back is preventing a lot. I'll be glad when it's back to normal. I haven't been to church, rock painting, Writer's Guild, or the Writer's Workshop this past Saturday. No swimming and no walking. The only thing I can do is sit in my ergonomic chair and the recliner with the heating pad. So, here I am, catching up with you and letting you know what's up with me. How about you? What's new with you? Let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to interact with you every day again. Thanks for reading. The image is my new book.

Sorry to hear your back is so miserable. Do you have a degenerative disc disease or something? Is laser surgery an option?

I am so sorry to hear your back is that bad. I know how much you hate to miss church and all the other things you are involved with. Yesterday, I got to go to church and hear my dad preach, so I really enjoyed that.

Sorry that your back isn't getting better. You do need to have it checked.

Would it be worth it for you to hire someone to do your book covers? You'd probably earn more.
