Vietnam is a popular holiday destination for many Australians and quite a few of our villagers have enjoyed vacations there.
One of our residents posted a photo of the Golden Bridge and I was blown away by her photo. The Golden Bridge, sometimes spoken of as the Golden Hands Bridge, is a spectacular pedestrian bridge in the Bà Nà Hills resort in the district of Da Nang. As well as providing a scenic view for tourists, it also connects a cable car station with gardens, and saves visitors a steep climb. The two giant ‘hands’ of the bridge are constructed of fibreglass and wire mesh. Work on the bridge began in 2017 and was opened in June 2018.
My photo is from Wikimedia and was taken by xiquinhosilva from Cacau. Isn’t it just something? I think it’s gorgeous. What an imaginative work of art.

That is really cool. I have never seen something like that. I doubt I will ever make it to Vietnam, but I do have China on my bucket list.

That truly is amazing and I would love to see it in person but I'll never get to Vietnam.
