I watched La La Land. It has Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Rosemarie DeWitt, Terry Walters, Cinda Adams, J.K. Simmons, and Trevor Lissauer in it.
Big Warning: great music, but terrible ending
In this movie, an aspiring actress works a coffee shop. She meets a guy over and over by chance. First in traffic, then at her coffee shop. The guy is a jazz pianist. He wants to own a jazz club someday. They end up falling in love. But sadly it doesn't last because they end up fighting about their dreams. She does end up being an actress and he does own a jazz club.
I thought about seeing the Broadway show, but with the terrible ending I'm not. I'm watching next Once Upon a Crime.

I hate a not so happy ending movie.
I thought it was great and the voice are really cool. But I haven't watch it yet even thought it was released years back.

I think that’s part of what makes it memorable, though bittersweet endings aren’t for everyone. Hope Once Upon a Crime turns out to be a better watch for you!
