I have a sleep study scheduled in July. Have to pick up the equipment in the evening and return it the next day. I really don't want to do it, especially since I probably won't sleep.
Picked out the color for the house -- Malted Milk. Haven't decided on a trim color.
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast stuffed with broccoli, carrots, green beans, roll
Dessert/Snack - Nuts, brownie
Dinner - Turkey/cheese sandwich, sweet potato chips, blueberries
What did you eat yesterday?

I'm still addicted to the Hershey Protein bars and ate too many of them. They're sooooo good.

I didn’t know they let you do those studies at home. My dad had to go to a facility to get tested. They woke him up ten minutes after he fell asleep to tell him he had sleep apnea and his breathing had stopped. So, his was fairly obvious.
I had tacos, chicken, and some vegetables.

It doesn't sound like too much fun. I did one in a lab one time. I slept like a rock..

Malted milk sounds like a pretty subtle color and a nice change from the blue. Malted milk reminds me of those malted milk balls called Whoppers
one of my favorite candies.
It's gotten pretty warm here today so it looks like a salad with grilled chicken for dinner. Usually we have pasta on Wednesdays but I think it's going to be a too heavy meal for us.

That sounds a good colour choice. It will be very different from the blue.

Linda, I am encouraging you to do everything you can do to get to the bottom of your insomnia problem. Everyone needs to sleep...and sleep studies are painless. Hang in there, please....get 'er done, girl!
