Good morning myLotters. 
I was just outside. It is such a pretty and sunny day this morning. It feels a bit warmer than it did yesterday. They are calling for the temperatures to begin to rise today. The rest of the week will be hot and muggy. Today's high is 27C. That is tolerable, and quite nice.
June is employee appreciation month at work. Next Friday, they are giving us all 3 hours paid time off. Not bad, based on the fact that in the past 8 years they have given us an additional 30 minutes each day and a catered meal. Not many enjoy a big heavy catered meal at noon.
I already booked the entire day off, as I felt like I needed a 'me' day and choose that one. Many of us took that whole day off already, maybe we gave them a hint.

A me day is always nice. It was actually very cool this AM here. I had to shut the windows, but it should warm up to around 80 so should be a nice pleasant day.

That sounds like a really nice start to the day sunny weather and a manageable temperature make such a difference. The employee appreciation perks sound thoughtful too, especially the extra time off.

You're smart to parlay that 3 hours paid time off into a whole day. (hope they get the hint) You certainly deserve a "me" day
