What a difference a snack makes. I usually try to have a high protein snack before bed as I take medicine before bed. Last night I wasn't the least bit hungry and didn't feel like doing it .let's just say my stomach rebelled. I didn't vomit or anything or get a acid reflux..but it was not in a good way. I won't be forgetting that snack anytime soon.Alot of medicine says take with food anyway,.

My son has two meds that have to be taken with food, if he doesn't he gets pretty sick. The pills just come right back up without food. Don't forget your snack, it's not worth being sick over.

A snack is must for me. Or I'd be losing a lot of weight.

A snack helps a lot when taking medicine.

Some medicines can really mess up your stomach if you don't take it with food. I learned that the hard way

Sounds like you’ve got a pretty clear takeaway from last night though even when you’re not hungry, a small snack before meds is worth it.
