Second part is done

The biopsy is done. My dearest friend arrived when she said she would. She had a valium waiting. Hubby went along for the hour's ride down the freeway. Pleasant enough day. The nurse tech and Doc were nice. I brought photos of Sonny Jame's and Leah pup. I also brought my favorite crystal bracelet that hubby gave me on one of our anniversaries. The nurse discussed the photos and kept me distracted as the numbing needles were employed. By then I was shaking and to the core not happy but holding the line. Anyway, its done. Next week will be NEWS. I am pretty sure it won't be pretty but it is what it is. We ate a small meal in the hospital cafeteria before we headed home. We all needed to just sit and wind down.

At least it's over and done with. Maybe the results will be better than you expect.

@snowy22315 It's large. Even benign, it shouldn't be there.

Keeping you in my thoughts and wishing I could do more to help you. At least you'll know what you're dealing with when they give you the report. That's more than half the worry right there.

@DaddyEvil One woman talked about injecting hormones into her stomach. A huge NO from me.

@DaddyEvil Thanks. Too often the 'help' is more than I can tolerate.

Oh, I was wondering how it went and looked earlier today here on mylot but of course you were still having things done. I said prayers and am glad to hear it’s over at least for right now.

@sallypup I know this was very difficult for you. But you passed the first hurdle! Be kind to my sweet friend Lenore. I appreciate you, too.

Prayers for results that everything is good. I'm sorry you're going through this. It sounds like you have a good support system though and that will help things if the results "aren't pretty." Good luck sweetie.
