Roast dinner Sunday …… / myLot

Having being at the caravan the past few weeks we haven’t been to my Moms for Sunday dinner. Today , we were back, and we had a fabulous roast dinner …. Roast pork, roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, stuffing, gravy and apple sauce. For pudding today we had home made rice pudding. I have blackcurrant jam in mine…… Delicious….. What are you having to eat today ?

I am not even sure what I am fixing for dinner. For lunch I am making a big chef salad.

Your Sunday dinners are always wonderful. Roast once a week would be a big treat. I made rice pudding for my son last week as he asked for it. I hadn't made it in quite some time. It was really good, and I had forgotten how much he likes it. He always wants cinnamon on his, but blackcurrants sound yummy to me.

My Mom puts nutmeg on the top of hers ….i don’t like it so she has to make sure she scoops it off my portion.

Had my breakfast just now. 5 pieces of hash browns, a cool can of lychee-flavored water and a hot mug of cacao.

I'm glad you had such a good meal with Mom! I hope you're all doing well. I've slept straight through from this morning until Pretty woke me up to sign her phone... I have a headache so haven't even though about eating today. It is storming again here. Would you like some of the water we're getting? We're under a flood watch again until Monday some time.
