I'm not going to try to remember meals for the last 3 days.
Terminix came on Friday and didn't find any mice. I'm sure it's because cousin #2 put that copper wool in the gaps of the basement door. I paid $1,000 for Terminix to block all access; but they missed that entry point.
The painters are supposed to start on Tuesday; but it looks like rain.
When the Terminix guy walked around the house on the deck he almost fell through a couple of spots. So that's another project...to get the bad deck planks fixed.
Sorry I've been gone. I've just been so tired; and a couple of days I was in a lot of pain.
I decided on Likeable Sand and Malted Milk for the trim from Sherwin-Williams.. You can see the shades online if you so desire.

The deck goes from one side to all across the back. It would be terribly expensive to have to replace the whole thing.

@LindaOHio Mine is pretty long but a few boards aren't going to do it. Maybe I could just get is there ripped out and make it half the size .

If you aren't going to live there for much longer, just don't replace it. Have it removed and have someone just put in steps that go down from the house level to the yard level, and that's it.

Those look like a really nice color combo for your house. Another project? just what you need but hope it's only a few planks that need replacing on your deck.
Well it's good Terminix didn't find any mice but sad that your cousin had to fix the entry way so no more could come in. They certainly don't sound very reputable.
Sorry to hear you've been in pain

Glad you’re okay. Houses take up too much of our time. Thankfully nothing major is wrong with my house, but if it decides to attack me all at once I’ll move to the old veterans’ home.

I like the colors, Linda. I am so, so tired of seeing entire subdivisions of homes all the same color--gray. Now I LIKE gray, but not all the time. It's boring when every home is the same.
NO mice!! That's wonderful news!!! No one likes them, and hopefully, they will never return.
I hope you can soon get in to your doctor, the pain is concerning and so is you being so tired. Take care of YOU, Linda!!
