Have you ever cooked with angel hair pasta?
It is basically a very delicate spaghetti. Or at least that's how I see it.
I have been enjoying Trader Joe's spinach ravioli with Safeway generic "Ragu" spaghetti sauce on it over the past few weeks.
A couple of days ago ,I scored some angel hair pasta at Safeway for a dollar a package.
It goes great with (even diluted) spaghetti sauce. I add some Parmesan cheese and am good to go.
Do you cook with angel hair pasta?
Photo is of spinach ravioli with "Ragu" sauce on top.

The only kind I use, I like my pasta tender and angel hair does not take long to cook, Other spaghetti still comes out too hard for me, I use angel hair in all kinds of ways,

I can't explain it since it tastes the same, but I like the angel hair better.

All this spaghetti and angel hair has to have a good amount of Parmesan on it. Makes it take so good. I haven't had angel hair often but it is good.

I like the thicker ones better, the linguini or what ever it is called, but my sister loves that one because less filling I guess. I always go hungry if its not the thick the ones.

Angel hair pasta is a definite favorite with me. It seems to hold a sauce to each tiny little strand!
