Yes, it definitely can make you very tired. Call the doc if you think you are sleeping too much. Have they done a blood panel thingy lately?

@MarieCoyle They just did. That’s how I knew my potassium was low. Everything else, including my thyroid, was where it should ideally be. I was sleeping too much months ago; I’m much better off now.

I rested when we got home after my bout of getting too hot. But I felt fine...my son said he would rest in the recliner, so I rested on the couch. We both snoozed for about an hour, it felt wonderful. Glad you are getting a nap.

When I'm tired, I lay down and take a nap. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go on with my day.
It actually helps that Pretty and I don't go out very often or have visitors. It doesn't matter what we do.
