Tropical, not in the sense of sunshine and exotic flowers. No, tropical as in the sense of heavy rain and blowing wind.
It even knocks plants out of their pots, oh my!!
I will have to clean and refresh the bird feeder.
The trash can has blown over and it has bags of trash in the bottom.
The internet went out. Then came back up, so I thought I would put in a few words.

At least you won't have to worry about fires from the fireworks going off around you this morning.
It is bright and sunny here this morning. I haven't even heard any fireworks going off yet this morning. We do have a 20% chance of rain/storms this morning and then a 50% chance of storms this afternoon and evening through Sunday evening. We shall see.
I hope you and Bob are doing well today.

@GardenGerty Same here. We got groceries this morning and this afternoon, the sun is still shining and everything is quiet here.

Our internet went out here earlier too. Too bad the plants get knocked around.

It was pretty strong. Things are calm and the rain and wind have stopped now.

I’ve been watching the storms down in Oklahoma on live cams. All the noise here is from people shooting off fireworks.

Everyone here is looking foward to the fireworks at the beach but right not it got very dark and rain is coming fown. Since I am not leaving my apartment, I wish that it will clear up for those who will be waiting for the fireworks,

I am repotting two plants that keep getting blown over if we have strong winds. It doesn't happen often but I still don't want them blowing over.

We had two short but loud thunderstorms in the night. Then no more until this afternoon. Currently we have a severe thunderstorm watch, it’s gone back and forth from a watch to a warning. More on the way. I’m glad it’s not as hot.
