Do you like mushrooms?

I think not too many people are neutral about mushrooms. You either love or hate them it seems. I am a bit neutral about mushrooms though, not too much of a fan, but I know they are good for you so I eat them. I found some beautiful ones yesterday at Costco, and they were quite affordable too. I will have some with din tonight..mushrooms yay or nay?

It took me years to eat them at all. I made some tonight sauteed in a pan with salt, pepper and everything bagel seasoning. Portabelos are good in place of steak

@snowy22315 My favorites are morel. I like them dipped in a little flour and fried. But they have a very short growing season

I do like mushrooms. The Mister likes them even more so I have to put loads in our meals. Mom will eat the stalks but not the actual mushroom ….

I have always loved mushrooms. My kids all do as well, with the exception of my oldest son. He just doesn’t like the texture of them.

They can be poisonous so make sure you get them from a place you can trust.

I absolutely love mushrooms. My sister used to hate them, but she taught herself to get over it. I’ve always thought they were delicious.

I always thought they were slimey. I think it is kind of an acquired taste though with me. It seems the more I eat them the better they taste to me

It depends which kind of mushrooms, some are tasty and really good, but some are not. I love the wild porcini mushrooms.

That's a yay for me. I used to love looking for mushrooms in the paddocks when I was young but you never see them now.
