My rather odd breakfast.

I had grown tired of eggs and bacon. I had replaced then with steak and vegetables. But then steak got even more expensive.
Lately I've been having sweet potato, zucchini, and mushroom for breakfast. Odd, I know. "Slimy, but satisfying." (Did you catch the reference?)
Today I bought some steak. I'll add that to the menu for the next few days.
Do you ever have "unusual" meals?

I don’t usually have steak for breakfast, but I did have it today because it was a leftover from the steak I had last night. Usually for breakfast, I have omelettes or salads. On occasion, I can have pancakes or sandwiches.

I think that mushroom is a nice substitute for meat. Good protein it looks like. That's so important first thing in the morning. I like unusual meals. We had breakfast stuff for dinner yesterday. Blueberry waffles and sausage.
