We visited the art gallery in Perth, Western Australia, just a few days ago. As you approach the gallery, there is a bronze sculpture on the rooftop walk area.
The figure of a robed man with his hands cupped around his mouth was acquired in the late 1970s. Created by German artist Gerhard Marcks, it is one of his best-known works. It used to stand at ground level outside the gallery but was moved to its present position when the Rooftop Sculpture Walk was created.
Named Der Rufer (The Caller), the figure appears to be calling out over the city. It is up to the individual to decide if the calling is an act of proclamation, warning, invitation, or simply communication.
The photo is mine. I’ll add a close-up photo to one of the responses but you get a better idea of the impact with the more distant photo.

He's yelling "HELLO! HELLO! HELLO! Hello, hello, hello." (Hard to type out an echo.)

@JudyEv - Maybe that's why they stuck him up on the roof.

That's really unique and I kind of think it's better being on the roof than on the ground.
