Good evening, friends. This is the first time in many years that I don´t come for such a long time. But I have been busy with many things and on the 1st of August I´ll go for a week to Aruba with Camila (Dixie´s youngest daughter). A lot of things happened these weeks, including a long stomach problem that might have been a virus. The house has been shown but has not been sold. And it RAINS. A cold rain with icy wind that makes me spend all my extra money on gas for the heater. A big kiss. I haven´t forgotten you all

I'm glad you had time to come visit us! I've been worrying about you.

I'm glad you're feeling better now and hope you don't get sick again until after you and Camila are back from Aruba.

Oh, Marga. I’m so glad you posted. I’ve been concerned since you were gone for so long. I’m glad to hear you are ok. Sorry to hear of your tummy problems, and I know the cold rain must be just miserable. How wonderful that you can go to Aruba with Camilla. I hope you have the best time ever! You were missed!!

Aruba is not as hot as some of the Tropics are. It has to do with the wind.

@marguicha - I remember that when we visited it was hot during the day. Some parts of the island get more wind.

@LadyDuck The only year that I remember scorching in Aruba was the year of the Katrina as the hurricane stole all the mild winds from the island and only left the tropical sun. But I hid at the casino.
