In Wichita, Ks. it reached 100 F today. First time this year. Not quite that high here.
Before lunch, at 93 F the experts said "feels like temperature is 115 F".
Bob has pretty much slept all day. I may go get him up again. He says he feels cold because of the a/c.
I predict that I am headed outside soon. I will feed the birds, put water in birdbaths, water hanging baskets and hope it cools down some. Computer still says it is 99 degrees here.
I am ready for a change again.

We reached 99F with a RealFeel of 114F this afternoon. Way too hot for us to go outside. The temp is down to 88F now but the RealFeel is still 95F.
I can hear thunder but I think it's heat lightning.

Yuk, I hope that heat doesn't come here. All I know is after Weds. It is supposed to be very nice here for sveral days.

What a terribly hot day you had there. We were under a severe bad air day, so not many people were out and about.
I want FALL to get here. The heat has been so sickening this year...I've had more than enough of summer.

It was 102F here yesterday. Ugh! Supposed to the same today. Hard to sleep when it's so hot.

I hear you. We've been in the 90s with triple digit heat index. That was last week. This week we're cool in the 70s today. It feels wonderful. I hope you get relief from the heat soon. Fall is 8 weeks away.
