I thought I would pop in and see what everyone is up to here. It's been awhile and thought I would check in. It's almost mid-morning here and I haven't gotten behind in things to do on the list today...so....Here goes!! I believe before I went MIA, I had told ya'll that my husband was having some trouble with one of his eyes due to laser surgery he had several years ago to remove deposits behind his eye to avoid a rupture and becoming instantly blind. Well, that surgery brought on scar tissue that is causing problems. He has been taking antibiotic injections, along with one steroid injection a few months ago to see if that would help speed things along. It is better, but still not where the doctor wants it to be. In the meantime hubby needs new glasses, so hoping on this next visit in August, he will get the green flag!! We have been staying busy doing auctions and I still have my flea market booth that I try to get to one day a week to restock and tidy up. If I had a bit more energy, I would go twice a week. We have some changes coming up there, but they should all be GOOD! Photo Credit: Public Domain

Yes, but his eyesight is getting worse due to diabetes and age, so counter effect won't help much!

Good morning! I'm glad your hubby is doing better and hope he can get his new glasses soon. Pretty and I both got new glasses a couple of months ago. Pretty has to go to the hospital in the morning for her first colonoscopy. I hope everythign goes well for her! I go to the hospital on the 24th of August for hydrocephalus treatment... I hope it goes well, too. I'm getting tired of getting dizzy and falling all the time. Hopefully, tha treatment will fix that problem for me.

I hope Pretty's test comes out okay with no problems. I'm sure she won't like the prep; the first time is a bit of a shock!!! And praying that your procedure and treatment helps with all the dizziness!!! Hang in there!!

We miss you, lady! I know you’re busy, but I hope you can check in more often. Your husband must be frustrated with his visual situation, but I hope he can get more improvement.

It's great to see you back! It sounds like you've had a lot on your plate these past few months. I'm glad your husband's eye is improving, even if it's taking longer than expected. Eye issues can be frustrating, especially when they affect something as simple as getting a new pair of glasses. Hopefully his August appointment brings good news and the doctor finally gives him the green light.
