Best day so far

Bob has been very weak since coming home from the hospital. Not only is his hemoglobin low, he has been in bed a lot and not using his muscles. Today has been pretty good, though. He got up for a while and had coffee and a little food. Took a nap. I went to do laundry, fuel the van and take stuff to the dump. He was up when I got home. We had a decent lunch. He really loved the tomato basil soup. (We buy Progresso brand). He talked and talked about how good it was. He ate a few bites of his roast beef sandwich that we bought yesterday. You guessed it, he is napping again. Eating seems to make him sleepy, but he was talking a lot today, so that makes me happy. I even took a half hour nap. Bob did not have to go anywhere today and he was glad of it. Tomorrow he will get a blood draw and will see our primary care for a hospital follow up.
