Hello, dear friends. Among my very busy schedule these last 2 weeks I also received the visit from my grandson Diego. I had forgotten that we did not get along when I invited him to Aruba a few years ago. So I had to end up telling him to stay away from my house but not before he ate all the food I had and drank all the liquor I keep for visits. I´m more angry at myself than at him. I should have known. So now I´m cooking again food for one person and I have started doing some dishes that I hadn´t had for a long time. My last dish was a tomato sauce with the most delicious meat balls. Do you like meat balls? I mixed the meat with 2 eggs, bread crums and caramelized onion. I cooked the balls in a wonderful tomato sauce I had made. On Thursday evening, Dixie is coming to take me to her house. I´ll stay there overnight and then Humberto will drive us (Camila and me) to the airport. I hope I can walk some while I´m at Aruba. Good night, Sleep tight
