Do you use a pressure cooker?
I go through phases of using ours, and then periods when I forget it at the back of the cupboard.
I’m trying to remember to use it at the moment, because it really does cut cooking times quite dramatically and consequently reduces the amount of time that cooking heats up the kitchen, a significant issue with the heatwaves we’re having.
It also cuts down on the energy usage and therefore cost as well, of course, another important point with the cost of living seeming to be continually going up.
It’s great for things like pulses, reducing the cooking time by about three quarters. Good for tougher cuts of meat too.
Do you use one?

I’ve not used a pressure cooker since they told us aluminium caused Alzheimer’s disease. That subsequently was proved to be false, but I haven’t used one since, because I got rid of it and haven’t bought a replacement. Was good for making soup I remember.

While I do own one like that, I also own a Ninja electric one and a InstaPot and prefer those. LOL
