I couldn't figure out how to answer my phone when it was ringing a little while ago. I had to wake Pretty up and ask her to answer it for me. At least I know what is happening... The hydrocephalus is catching up with me and making me more stupid than I normally am... The 24th can't get here fast enough.

@DaddyEvil - I usually have no problems, but a few days ago I did not arrive to answer. It is rue that when you are outside in the sun you see nothing at all. May be I missed the correct button to push.

@lovebuglena If removing some of the fluid works, then yes, I'll get the surgery. If it doesn't help, then there's nothing they can do to help me.

Hydrocephalus is a problem where the cerebrospinal fluid starts building up inside someone's head, putting pressure on the brain, causing different types of problems. A doctor will need to drain off some of the fluid while I'm in the hospital. If that relieves some of the pressure, then the neurologist will do surgery to install a shunt in my skull to drain off more of the fluid into my abdomen. The body will reabsorb the excess fluid.

What's up in the 24th? Will you undergo something in relation to your hydrocephalus? I have to look what that is since I'm not familiar. It's worrisome somehow.

I'll be in the hospital for 5 days while the neurologist does a spinal tap on me to remove some of the spinal fluid and see if that relieves pressure in my brain the will let me think clearly again. Don't worry, I'm sure everything will be okay again after I get released from the hospital.

Oh dear. I hope you can get some help with that. It must be so frustrating! In your defense, phones are NOT easy to figure out, especially if you've recently changed models. It's not like the old days, when you just picked up the receiver!

Phones are normally very easy for me. I spent almost 20 years teaching older adults how to work smartphones. That was my job when I still worked at Walmart. I was the phone salesman.
