Bring on the Heat Baby!

This morning as I was getting ready for work, I decided to have my morning coffee in my backyard and decided to water my peppers, basil, and tomatoes and realized my little Scott Bonnet peppers are finally ready. I planted this last year and they made for an amazing hot sauce that I used all summer. Out of all the peppers I grew, these are the prettiest and hottest little peppers ever. They range from 100,000-350,000 Scoville's on the heat level, safe to say il be making a few hot sauce bottles really soon. Image is my own!

Nice! Mines are around 75k, but they are all different. I learned the lighter and more orange ones are a little less hotter than the red

I've never heard of the the Scoville scale or whatever. I'm afraid I wouldn't like your hot sauce but I'm pleased for you.
