Hello friends. Everything is done! My lawyer has checked everything and the house will be officially sold today.
I have thought about renting instead of buying a house for a year so that I can use a room for my surpluss junk until I give it away. The grandson who wanted the furniture does want it now. I said it was now or never and I´ll try to sell it.
I have a lot of work to do so you will not see me much for a while. But I think of you.

I am very happy. When I have the money on my hands, I´ll be able to live comfortably for the rest of my life.
