I was up at 4:15am this morning, and it seems to be a pattern of falling asleep early the night before, and then ultimately getting up early the next day. I don’t totally mind it though. It gives me a good start to the day, and I don’t have problems with early appointments.
What’s your sleep schedule?

Good morning! I haven't gone to sleep yet.
While I was in the hospital, the "night nurse" sat in my room and talked at me while I was reading.
She said I carried on better conversations than some people did who were paying attention to her.

@AmbiePam I asked one of the daytime nurses why the night nurse sat with me most of the night. She explained that it was because I was a fall risk and they didn't want to take any chances with me. (They had my bed set so it would ring an alarm if I took one leg out of the bed without anyone in the room.) But she had to sit with me most of the night? Does that make sense to you?

I've had this for a long time. I wake almost every two hours, check my phone or have a glass of water and then go back to sleep. I guess it is due to stress, if nothing else. The office, the home, the finances, love-life, friends... everything keeps me awake and thus no sound sleep ever LOL

I go through times when I turn in early and wake early like that also.
This morning I was up around 6, although I could have easily stayed in bed a bit longer.
I think that is the nerves talking because when I return to work I choose a 6am start time, and I am afraid of being late.

I did the same thing. Fell asleep early, and woke up at 6:45. I'm never up this early unless I have to be.

Since I got sick, I am back in sleeping at night and cake up early in the morning. I think that is much better, and yours are better.
