I cried yesterday at 4am. I cried for a few good minutes. Nope, I didn't have a bad dream. I cried when I called out a name and didn't get a response. I realized, he wasn't there anymore. He's gone. And it hurts.

That's a shame. I cried a few weeks ago. Right around the time Dolly passed. Memories get me sometimes. It's healthy to cry.

Yes, crying is healthy if you don't overdo it.

I cried yesterday, when I went to bed. I looked at the photo on the night stand and I cried.

Aw. Sorry to know that. I'm a super duper crybaby. I cried last night watching something heartwarming and touching scene. That's why I tend to avoid drama movies.

I don't easily cry in a dramatic movie unless it's something I could really relate to. Only when it has happened to me.

I don't cry often anymore. But when I remember my parents, especially my dad, I do cry and I cry a lot.

The last time was when a former sports star in my native Panama passed away due to old age about three days ago.

Sometimes you do not realise how much something is weighing on you until you finally get a chance to let it out. Crying can be a good release rather than a sign that you are not coping.

I think that day will come for me too. When I would cry everyday.

I haven’t cried much in a long time. Sometimes I feel lonely and like I might cry, but it never reaches the point where I cry out loud. I can’t remember the last time I cried like a baby. These days, I might get teary-eyed, but I just can’t seem to cry out loud anymore.

I cried when moms dementia got worse because she was a different lady - a nicer one. That really messed me up. Where had that mom been all my adult life!

I'm sorry. I hope I never get to that point when I don't even remember my son at all.
