Walk and Talk.

I go for a walk. And I stalk the wild life. I saw a hawk above my head. What a shock to see the hawk flying low. Oh how I love to go for a walk. I love to talk and walk. I love walks, talks and flowers. Nature is wonderful.

I do agree with you but for my anxiety and other reasons, I have become a recluse so I only see nature from my windows and when it comes to visit me on my front porch in the forms of feral cats or possums,

Aw that hawk moment sounds so cool, nature really does surprise you like that sometimes. Walking and talking is honestly one of the best combos, clears your head good. Love that you notice the little things like that, not everyone stops to look up.
