Unbelievably Good

I know there are seasonal foods, and this one is right up there. I like to cook from scratch, especially in the past year. Still, sometimes I can barely think of eating, much less cooking. Well, when I ordered my online groceries today, I saw these. I wonder if I can figure out how to make them from scratch on my own. I bet it would be fairly easy. I wish I had detected a bit more cranberry, but I don’t usually eat cranberries much at the holidays anyway. Something different other than the usual pumpkin spice! Stuffing bites!

You could probably make those from scratch. I would make a little batch of dressing, then form them into little balls, and use a muffin tin to bake them in. I do that to make my meatballs, and it works pretty well.

I need at add more sautéed onion like Chicaa suggested. These stuffing bites were pretty small, but I could try them muffin pan size.

They would be easy to do. Personally I would skip the cranberries (I don't like fruit in my food) and add sauteed onion.

Oh these look so good, I never think to try stuffing bites outside of Thanksgiving. I bet homemade would taste even better with a little more cranberry like you said. Definitely trying this recipe out soon.

Sounds like an interesting food item. That's good to have something different than pumpkin spice for sure. I don't think this is something I would have tried, even if I wasn't on my current diet lol.

I do like stuffing and I like it when it's cooked on its own so it's crispy rather than soggy from being inside a bird.

@AmbiePam It's funny how so many foods which were originally invented for some other reason, such as to make the meat go further or to keep the meat moist (or both) have become favourites in their own right, such as stuffing or Yorkshire pudding.
