Have you cooked something with pumpkin?

I did. I went to a Pumpkin event nearby where all different kinds of pumpkin where presented. Pumpkins and its products like pumpkin soup were sold. I have eaten the German kind of pumpkin soup. It was delicious.
I bought a huge pumpkin. It was too big for just making 1 menu. So I made a Filipino pumpkin soup with coconut milk and a German pumpkin soup with double cream for the half of the pumpkin. The half of it I roasted in the oven and made pumpkin bread. The rest of the pumpkin purée is now frozen for later use.
The pumpkin bread recipe from you tube taste like a cake but all the same, DELICIOUS.
What else can I cook with pumpkin? Do you have any idea?

@thelme55 I had a packet of pumpkin seasoning, and also used canned pumpkin. The recipe was on the packet.of course it had beans, tomato, and possibly meat. Anyway, it was good. Pumpkin is healthy.

I have never cooked anythign from pumpkin. I do love punpkin pie and get that ready made, Maybe this can five you an idea,

I have never tried cooking with pumpkin, thank you for the idea as now I will check youtube for instruction videos on how to make a soup and such.

You've done well using up your pumpkin on a variety of goodies.
I am toying with the idea of making a pumpkin loaf this afternoon, we shall see how ambitious I feel.
Have you ever had a pumpkin bundt cake? I was at someone's home once and they served it and it was really delicious.
