I have two one for me and one for my husband. We have both had ours for years. Mines a feather pillow and his is a more expensive one I saw rated highly on consumer reports.

We have four that we use on the regular. ANd a fifth George uses to watch t.v. before bed. Both of us realize we need the extra head and neck support. And, our pillows often last years. We bought new pillows earlier this year, but before that I'd say about ten plus years ago.

@Ineeddentures We also have different views on what we tolorate. Some people replace pillows when they go flat. If that's the case, and you have a dryer that can sometimes fluff them up.
