A Heartfelt Thanks To All!

First off I have to show off my newborn granddaughter Savanna once again. 
I look nervous and ugly and Savanna is crying. But she is still my lil' princess. Anyhow on to the topic of this discussion....
I started a discussion recently introducing the birth of my granddaughter here. In less than 21 hours time I recieved 101 responses to that discussion. All were read but I am so overwhelmed that I will not be able to add a comment to them all. These responses were filled with love from each and everyone of you as well. I wish to thank you all from the depths of my heart and soul for such an outpouring of well wishes and congratulatory wishes. It filled me with love so deeply. I was amazed at the amount of responses etc especially fropm non friends. Thanks to all of you once again. 
Now, do you ever get this many responses in less than a day? Do you add a comment to each response if so? Do you add comments to all the reesponses in smaller discussions you started? In discussions where I have 50 or less I can suaully add a comment to each response most the time.

You're very good at adding comments, Grandpa Bob! I have never gotten anywhere near that many responses to a discussion. It just goes to show how popular you are, Grandpa Bob!

That is a really good picture of you and that beautiful granddaughter! I'm glad you got all those responses..you deserved them. 
I have never gotten that many responses, but I don't think any of my topics have been that interesting. 
I do try to comment on each one of my responses. I'm not here all the time so sometimes that makes it a little difficult, but I do try.

Don't worry about it, I saw the many replies and knew you probably wouldn't be able to answer each one..Just enjoy the new addition to your family, she is a cutie..

I rarely get that many replies, even though I have 149 friends--I think a lot of them have quit or don't know to turn on the notify option. I try to respond to every comment, I enjoy doing that. Been busy lately so have skipped some!

I am just happy that not ALL of my friends respond to each discussion I start.
I have like 520 friends or more. YIKES!!! That would be some work huh?

First of all, thank you....I don't ever get that many responses to any of my discussions, thats pretty good. I think it would be hard trying to comment on all of them, and trying to keep up, but hopefully people will understand when you get that many its hard. But congratulations again....have a good day

I add comments to most responses, on most of my discussions. I never get as many as 100 in a day. I do have one sitting that needs some more comments and a best response, and I have neglected it for almost a month. Shame on me. I look forward to seeing lots of pics of little Savanna. This is a great, friendly, and for the most part caring site. I do not keep track if you answer all of my responses, I just read the ones that you do. Have a marvelous time. Take care of your dad, too.

A lot of us waited for a long time to get the good news. I literally had tears running down my cheeks. No wonder you're always so good at keeping us in the loop and it was exciting news. Savanna looks like a very healthy baby and weighing more than 8 pounds, poor Minnie, I hope she's not too sore. In answer to your questions, I do try to answer as many as I possibily can but I'm not always well enough to do that but everyone understands that. I don't get as many responses in a day that you do. For one thing I don't work as hard as you do at it and I don't think I'm as popular as you are, but hey I'm OK with that!!! Take care my friend

No problem Grandpa Bob, I know you're busy with your little princess and all the well wishers understand that too. I have never reached that many responses and if ever I get that number maybe I will not be able to reply individually. It will take up a lot of time and I think we are all understanding and even we don't get a reply we just go on mylotting, no problem at all.

I miss the grand announcement ceremony, Congratulation on your new family member Princes Savana, I couldn't imagine how happy you are. Grandparents feels overjoyed more than parents, that's what they told me. You'll have enough time to stay fit yourself before you start chasing her. This month happen to be my two lovely daughter's birthday too, my eldest Nicole last Sept. 8 and my youngest Kayla last Sept. 11. Cheers GranpaBob

The few discussions I have started I haven't even gotten 100 responses I don't think much less in just one. I do comment on each response but like I say, I only have a few when I do get them. I think there is one that I didn't respond to because the person didn't really leave a comment worthy of a response from me, had to leave one when it is just a word or two. I think what you have done here with this discussion is response enough to those overwhelming out pour of well wishes you got for the introduction of your Lil Princess.

I try to add a cooment to all my responses.
But sometimes there's nothing to say really.
So I skip a few now and then is all.
But this one with now 110 responses or so is too many to try that with.

Somehow with being busy with my 2 grandsons I missed the announcement of your new granddaughter....Very precious little one...and you don't look ugly..Congratulations on her birth and somewhere I need to tell her mommy congratulations also...Her name is as beautiful as she is...
Now, I don't think I received that many responses in one day...but with you being so very popular you deserve them for sure.....Don't worry about answering all of them, because I am sure no one will care....they care but know that you can't possibly answer them all...so rest assured, we all still love you Grandpa Bob..
You just enjoy the little one and keep us posted on mommy and baby...hugs to all of you and a super hug to Savanna...

hi grandpa bob I missed this discussion. I am here all p acked up waiting for the moving truck. lol I dont think I have ever gotten 100 but I did get 74, about moving up north to a strange city and a strange apt. and leaving all my friends for most 40 years.When I get thatmany responses I dont always gettoall of them. what is really going to hurt me is I am going to be off the net for a week or more like ten days.Our new apartment is not ready until NOv 1st which means we are putting all our stuff in storage for one week.We will be staying at a friends place for that week,more people I havent met. This will be a new adventure for me for sure.

Of course (most) people love to see, and hear about a new baby, but it's 'you too.' Because 'you're' the one who's the proud grandpa. You just have to face facts. You're a very popular, and important member of this site. After all, it was 'you' who gave me my first best response ever. You're one of the people who keeps me coming back here, even when the going gets rough.
I've never had nearly that many responses to 'any' of my discussions, but there are some that have done well 'for me.' I do my best to place a comment on each one, and am a bit behind again here. I'm also way behind on my best responses. I know, shame on me.

madam you should not be nervous and look forward to your daugther's future and you think positive and may be that when she becomes big she may become a big person in her life and make you feel proud and congrats to your new born baby.may be that birth of your daughter may be for a noble cause and she may have big role in development of the world scientifically
